SLA Development Officers

Excellent opportunity for experienced trainers to work for a vibrant organisation who specialise in the delivery of holistic and innovative training packages to corporate organisations and individuals who seek to enhance their skills and knowledge within this specific field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality training in various formats to large audiences.
  • To ensure the needs of our clients are met in every corporate training course we deliver.
  • Ensure all course objectives are met.
  • Work with other Development Officers in continually improving SLA Training's courseware material to ensure we adapt to the needs of the market.
  • Work with the SLA Management team in developing our courseware material to meet individual needs of organisations as part of our bespoke training service.
  • To present in a professional manner and act as an ambassador for SLA Training.

Person Specification

  • Motivated team player, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • A strong understanding of IT and soft skills training packages.
  • Confident in the delivery of training to large corporate audiences.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the audience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Practical, innovative and pragmatic in their delivery style.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Essentials

  • Professional training qualifications such as PTTL's.
  • Previous experience within a similar role, with a proven track record of success within performance improvement.
  • High level of initiative and personal drive.
  • Experience in providing bespoke and large scale corporate training packages.
  • Inspirational and creative within their delivery style.

Desirable

  • ATO status or experience of having gone through an ATO status process.
  • Other professional training qualifications such as DTTL's and CTTL's.
  • The Senior Management Team here at SLA Training expect our Development Officers to have the unique selling point that makes them stand out from the crowd. Being commercially savvy and having astute business acumen are essentials of any Development Officer that we take on.
