How do we measure increased productivity? The Development Officers who are employed by SLA Training have been recruited on the basis of their experience within performance improvement. Our post training support will involve communication at regular intervals for us to work with you to analyse productivity enhancement over a period of 3 months. If we identify any areas that may require further remedy we will work with you to discuss how best we can meet these needs.
How do we measure attendee satisfaction? Every delegate is asked to complete an evaluation form at the end of their specific training programme. The feedback provided is then used by the Development team to further enhance our products and the services we provide.
How often do we update our course content to ensure relevancy? The SLA Training Courseware Team completes 3 monthly Self-Assessment Reviews (SAR) of all our material. The feedback we have gained from our delegates and organisations are used as a basis to review the course content to ensure relevancy.
Who produces our course content? The course material used by SLA Training has been designed and developed by professionals from a wide range of professions with experiences of different delivery sectors.
Do you keep your classroom environment and instructional methodologies current with and relevant to today's real-world workplace? Delivery of all our training packages is made through the use of up to date computer software and hardware. We provide all relevant IT hardware and software for our IT training packages.
Are our courses eligible for certification? On completion of their specific course, delegates will be provided with a formal Service Level of Achievement certification.
What are our instructors' qualifications and how are they trained and evaluated? A pre-requisite for any Development Officer role within SLA Training is a PTTL's qualification. Some of our Development Officers also have the following qualifications or certifications; KTTL's DTTL's ATO status SLA Training has a rigorous training programme set up for their Development Officers to ensure they provide high quality training in all of the courses we deliver. Feedback from our delegates is also fed through to our Development Officers at regular intervals, predominately within their one to one performance reviews.
Can we develop a training programme, regardless of the size of the organisation? We here at SLA Training can develop and design training packages specific to the needs of our client irrespective of their size. Can we guarantee customer satisfaction? SLA Training will endeavour to ensure client satisfaction at all times, however if through delegate feedback we find this has not been the case then we will work with you to strenuously remedy the situation.

How can I pay for the training course? You can pay online through the use of our online booking system or alternatively by BAC's or cheque upon the receipt of an invoice.
What happens to my booking if I'm the only one on the course? SLA Training will fulfil all of our obligations towards are clients, even if we only have one delegate booked onto a course. Courses will only be cancelled due to any circumstances beyond the control of SLA Training. Full details on why we may need to cancel a course can be found within our terms and conditions.
