Refund Policy

We understand that from time to time you may wish to refund a service or product bought from us.
The customer has the right to cancel within seven days of their purchase.
If the customer does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned

If you have purchased any training package(s) via the use of a debit or credit card, any refund will be made using the same card that that was used for the original transaction.

Please note we will not refund any card transactions via an alternative method of payment e.g. cash or cheque.
If you purchased your training package(s) via cheque or BACS payment, any refund will be made via the same method.
